The 2012 NBCHPN Candidate Handbook and Application is a pdf file containing both information on test preparation, sites, and dates, along with applications for each of the six exams (APN, RN, Ped RN, LP/VN, NA, and ADMIN).

All exams use the same handbook, as sections of the handbook are devoted to each discipline.

All exams use the same application form.

The pdf file is large (over 400k), and may take several minutes to download using a dial-up connection.

AMP COMPUTER BASED TESTING (CBT) ASSESSMENT CENTERS

Test site locations for 2012 CBT are available through the AMP website, www.goAMP.com.  You must first click on "Candidates" on the right hand side of the AMP homepage.  Then choose a category (Healthcare), choose a program (National Board for Certification of Hospice and Palliative Nurses), and choose an Exam (APN, RN, Ped RN, LP/VN, NA or Administrator).  Then choose the opiton of "LOCATE TESTING CENTERS" on the right hand side of the page.
