The 2010 NBCHPN Candidate Handbook and Application is a pdf file containing both information on test preparation, sites, and dates, along with applications for each of the five (5) disciplines (APN, RN, LP/VN, NA, and ADMIN).

All exams use the same handbook, as sections of the handbook are devoted to each discipline.

All exams use the same application form.

The pdf file is large (over 400k), and may take several minutes to download using a dial-up connection.

AMP COMPUTER BASED TESTING (CBT) ASSESSMENT CENTERS

Test site locations for 2010 CBT are available through the AMP website, www.goAMP.com, under the Assessment Services option.  You must choose a category (Healthcare), choose a program (National Board for Certification of Hospice and Palliative Nurses), and choose an exam (APN, RN, LP/VN, NA or ADMIN).  Then choose the option of TEST SITE LOCATIONS.
