AMP COMPUTER BASED TESTING (CBT) 

ASSESSMENT CENTERS

Test site locations for 2009 CBT are available through the AMP website, www.goAMP.com, under the Assessment Services option.  You must choose a category (Healthcare), choose a program (National Board for Certification of Hospice and Palliative Nurses), and choose an exam (APN, RN, LP/VN, NA or Administrator).  Then choose the option of TEST SITE LOCATIONS.
